Lets start with
Kit basic:
The pros of kit basic slightly helps you better in pvp and protection!
The cons its pretty much (in my opinion) the beginners kit, and is weaker than the rest of the kits.
Knight kit:
The pros of knight kit gives you a sheild protection and (i think) chain armor which helps protect you from hits(not by much though)
The cons Its also (in my opinion) kind of useless your only a few strikes more than average to be able to kill.
Frozone kit:
The pros is you can walk on water be able to escape your enemies on the vast ocean
The cons is its also quite weak aswell bc some maps and kit games have 0 water. Sometimes the items dont even show up at all in some minigames.
Pyro kit:
Lvl1: Pros you can hit people and they will catch on fire yayy, also you can spawn with 54 melons(probably a bug though)
The cons it doesnt let you actually swim in lava.
lvl2: pros your fire resistant, And can hit people and make them catch on firee!
The cons you can still die by lava.
Lvls3&4: You are fire and lava resistant (making you able to swim in lava) also able to hit people and make them catch on fire!
The cons You swim very very slowly in lava And if you get stuck in lava people can use you as a ping pong and knock you around! Whilst you are on fire half your screen is taken up by the fire animation and literally blinds you.ALSO Many people may call you hacker and that this kind of kit is unfair (which in my opinion is kind of rude).
Warrior Kit:
The pros you get a cool iron axe that can easily mine wood! and a good set of armor!
The cons the axe is kind of useless if you cant get any wood what so ever.
Archer kit:
The pros you can shoot players far distances away and defeat many lvl3-4pyros!
The cons The arrows do a 1-2 heart damage and you only have a limit of 16 arrows also there is no armor for this kit.
Kit buster:
The pros: A full set of chain armor and three extra steaks! Very tanky kit! You can even come back from huge damage from spam eating your steaks!
the cons:After you run out of your food your pretty much on your own.

Builder kit:
Pros: You get a lot of blocks
Cons: (idk, i haven't used the builder kit before xD)
Miner kit:
Pros: You get a diamond pickaxe and a diamond helmet
Cons: No other armor, and if you're unlucky enough, the diamond pickaxe is your best weapon
Farmer kit:
Pros: You get 10 cooked chicken
Cons: No armor, and you can't use the 64 eggs because eggs don't work
Thats all I know so far reply below for any extras to be added in!
