Every time I used this spot (which I'm gonna spoil for you all soon) I always win as an innocent.
The map with the upstairs terrace with Tennis court has an almost blind-spot for the murderer downstairs.

WHY?
A particular dead end at a section of the hallway has a corner Where the murder mostly already knows nothing is there - Perfect for hiding; you can use third person front to see who's down the hallway, good luck.
Comment if there are any other good spots.
