Recently, I saw many players on the brlns servers that really want to be on the leaderboards, and in this thread, I will talk about what are the leaderboards, how to see them, and more.
“What is a leaderboard?”
A leaderboard is a list of people who are the best at something. There is a top 29/30 on the brokenlens one, though. Leaderboards are basically a list of players or people that are the most experienced, or skilled at a Minigame, on brokenlens. Also on your STATISTICS.
“How do you see your statistics?”
You can see your stats in many ways. However, there are 3 commands that allows, or enables you to see your statistics, or stats. One is /mystats , another is /money , and another is /info . There is a fourth one, only for ranks, and that is /stats. If you are a rank and do /stats (player), you cannot see the votes, losses, and gems of that player. If you do /info and the other 2 commands to see your stats, it will show your rank, name, level, wins, losses, deaths, etc. It will also show your face of the skin you are using!
“How do you get into a leaderboard?”
This is simple! If you want to get into a MINIGAME leaderboard, you need to win a lot. If you want to get into the level, wins and kills leaderboard, you have to play a lot and win to get into the wins leaderboards, and for level, I suggest you to play like bowspleef, splatter, blockparty, and quakecraft to make you level up a lot and get tons of exp. For kills, just kill people! MicroBattles is recommended and TagHunters is too, just for kills, and probably also Splatter.
“How many leaderboards are there?”
There are currently.. *does quick maffs* 15 leaderboards IF you are just counting minigames. There are 18 leaderboards if you include level, wins and kills. This is the level leaderboard :

“What are the commands for the leaderboards?”
If you want to see the leaderboards of the MINIGAME you are playing on, do /ldb (all) (week) (month). But just do one of the three in the parentheisis. You can’t do /ldb all, week, or month for beta because it isn’t a Minigame! Well, there is a building you can go to that you can see 2 leaderboards. Anyways, this is the ldb all :
The ldb all shows the players with the most wins in that Minigame, but I’m using MurderMystery for/as an example. Now, this is week :
The week shows the players with the most wins in that Minigame WEEKLY. This is month :
The month leaderboards are MONTHLY. If you are in murdermystery and want to see another minigame’s leaderboard, use /gameldb. It will look like this :
If you don’t know what game id is, it is the ABBREVIATION of a Minigame. For example, for MicroBattles, MB. MurderMystery, MM. TheBestBuilder, TBB, etc. The page is the NUMBER. If you want to see the next page, use the next number. If you are looking at like, page 3, use page 4. /gameldb TBB all 4 for an example.
“How do you know if you win?”
To tell if you win, you will hear a noise, but I can’t describe the noise, sorry. It will say if you win or not above the reward summary like this :
Look above reward summary. It says “MM Congratulations! You WON” But I didn’t color code it. It will say if YOU WON or not. Now, just because the reward summary box popped up on your screen doesn’t mean you always win. You may get it after you die, etc. You could also tell if you won after people say gg, but sometimes people don’t say gg, but you can always look above your reward summary to tell if you earned the win or not!
Other Information / Tips / Help :
1. Tryhards. If you really want to be in a leaderboard, especially in a pvp one like sw, you may be called a tryhard, or a noob, but mostly tryhards. Ignore if someone calls you a tryhard, most likely the person who calls you that is salty. Just reach your goal! It is okay if you tryhard, because that means you want to be a pro (well you already are), and become the top best players in that Minigame, or leaderboard. If you are not a tryhard (or think) and fighting a player that tries hard, just be one back, and hopefully you will beat that player! Most common at skywars, and team skywars. Also MicroBattles.
2. Advice. If you think you aren’t really good at a Minigame, or keep losing at it or barely getting wins at it, try to go to a different Minigame or try to be a top player in an easy leaderboard! Murder Mystery is easy to get wins at. Usually, I get 5 gold then hide. You hide, sometimes be afk, and get a win. Simple! You usually get like 10-30 wins an hour. MurderMystery is easy to get wins at, and skywars can be easy, too!
3. Inactivity. Sometimes, people really want to be on a leaderboard and won’t be on minecraft so much because they are busy in real life, or just had more important things to do, etc. I honestly would not recommend this, but it’s up to you. Some people have alt accounts, which means you GIVE or TELL somebody else your password to your account so he or she can login to your account on brokenlens and get wins at a Minigame for you. But, if you want an alt account, I will just trust a true friend, but I wouldn’t do this. I do not recommend this, but again, it’s up to you.
4. Hackers. It is easy to get a hacker kicked, especially in mb and sw. I will just give a quick explanation of how to defeat a hacker. For fly hackers, just get a lot of blocks, around 25-100 and build high up. Make sure you make walls on each side of your skybase so the hacker won’t push you off, on skywars. Call a staff member if you have one on your friend list. The watcher can kick or ban the fly hacker if the hacker is going up high to you. If you are fighting a duper, try to push him or her off a cliff, or make a video of you fighting the duper. If you don’t know an app that allows you to record in-game, use screen recorder. In mb, use any blocks! Push the duper into the lava and use the blocks you have to place on the ground against the lava, so the duper will be stuck in the lava, hopefully dying. If you are highly sure the duper will die, take a photo of your inventory before and after the duper dies, try to get the food before it goes into the lava so you have evidence. Again, you can call a staff member if on your friend list or is active at the time.
