The first voting commenced after a few players found Angi's and Grqy's bodies. They lay in a
row in front of the burning fireplace. Everyone was issued a formal document and a pen, and
after they all finished writing, one of them took the papers and slid them under the door.
Octavian grabbed the paper off the floor from the other side of the door. He counted the votes
as he walked to the 'hanging room', or so he called it.
"Matty has been voted out!" Octavian announced through the speakers. "Everyone gather
around the fireplace!"
The hanging room was directly above the fireplace. Octavian pushed a button that opened
part of the floor. Everyone looked up at the hole in the ceiling, where they saw a long piece of
rope falling from it. It reached up to Matty's neck.
Someone from the crowd yelled Matty's name as the noose slid through his head and the rope
rose back to the ceiling quickly. Octavian watched in glee as Matty squirmed in the air, slowly
losing conscious. The last thing that Matty thought about was Retro.
Retro screamed as Octavian cut the rope, sending Matty's lifeless body back to the ground. He
landed with a sickening crunch on the wooden floor. Retro burst out in tears.
"I can't live without him!" she cried.
Before anyone could react, she dove into the fireplace, screaming in agony. She managed to
grab the fire poker and stabbed herself in the chest. Retro died quickly, joining Matty in
heaven. The lovebirds have reunited again.

passage. She followed the tunnel until she saw a dim light, her hopes rising. The player found
herself behind a tapestry. Bailey pushed it and laughed. She had escaped the library; the tall
doors loomed over her on the other side of the doorway. Before she could unlock the doors,
footsteps echoed in the distance. Bailey bolted out of the building and to the tour bus. She
could hear Octavian's shouts as she hopped in the driver's seat, noticing the bus' keys on the
seat. Something nicked her ear. Bailey yelled out in pain as she gazed at the knife in horror.
It was stuck in the headrest, centimetres away from her head. Octavian cursed as he saw the
bus drive away.
"Thank god it's a few days trip back to the city," he muttered. "That was my favourite knife
though."

"Who're you gonna kill today?" one murderer said to the other.
They hid in a secret passage that led to the top floor.
"Whoever walks past our hiding spot." the other replied, grinning from ear to ear.
Sure enough, someone came walking towards them, whistling with every step. When he got
close enough, the murderers yanked their victim into their hiding spot and pinned him down.
Before Khriz could scream, the murderer stabbed him repeatedly in the chest.
"Let's skedaddle," the murderer said to their partner. "Before anyone comes looking."
They ran away from the scene, leaving Khriz to bleed out.
