THE HACKER COMES BACK

In da photo u see someone called CHARLESCRAFT_BAK and this hacker was banned many times but he just keeps coming back with a different account maybe u can try and use a special type of ban that could ban him even with a different account because he just keeps coming everytime and it's hard to kill him because he enchants his sword with a one hit kill. So plz ban him because he is a big distraction.
