Because Win 10 users must use PC GUI, they have no choice. Win 10 Edition users is almost similar to PE, but there are some difference. This is one of the difference, we use PE GUI, they use PC GUI... But this update allow PE users to use PC GUI, but u can use PE GUI too...

If u mean 1.0 BETA, I can tell u that App Store doesn't support Beta Build. Google Play is the only store that support Beta.

If u mean The Full Release, Mojang released it to all platforms at the same time, but idk why v0.16.0 didn't released on all platforms at the same time?

Because IOS Are stupid . Mojang asked that the game update get reviewed and launched at "this date" but it wasnt ready when Google it automatically send the game

IOS are really stupid, I am a IOS player, sometimes I hope that I am using Android. But iOS can prevent hacker hack into ur account, so I think that iOS is quite good sometimes
