Here's how you catch a fabulous person in a bubble!
This is very easy, but for those who don't know:
1. Make sure split controls are off.
2. Be at least 5-10 blocks away from your target player.
3. Tap and hold the screen so you see the circle thing, then hover it over the player so it looks like they are inside it.
4. It may be a little tricky to screenshot it while holding the screen, but on iOS I used my pointer to hold the bubble, pinky to press home button, and other hand for power button.
