Many situations have come up where once someone goes to check their coins they are banned for a certain number of days. About half of the ban appeals are with this situation. I doubt any of them who have had this problem have been hacking... Maybe one or two, but that's it.

Yea. But what if he IS telling the truth. I'm not saying that he isn't hacking, but I'm not saying that he is. We just need more evidence. And my peice of evidence is that many of these situations have come up, and I have seen some of them
