The biggest problem on the server

I really don’t know what forum topic to write about, so I am writing here.
I want to talk about server staff. A few minutes ago there was a trash on the TNT tag: in one game there were 6 hackers. There were many ordinary people who reported them. And in theory, the staff should respond to these reports, but it simply was not there. These hackers have been playing for more than half an hour and probably continue to play. And I want to add that this is not the first time that there were no staff during the mass activity of hackers. And of course, I can report hackers here in the forums, but then it makes no sense to do /report in the game itself.
In general, I want to say that this year the work of the staff is just disgusting (I'm sorry). In past years, it was much better. It seems to me that the server should recruit more people in the staff or change the current staff.
 
I’m aware that not many staff members are online in this time zone. I try to be online as much as possible.
We will keep this information in mind when we hire new staff members.

very sorry for commenting on this thread but some people really don't understand. /report is for staff online at the moment and forums reporting is to report hackers that staff members may not have banned. Keep in mind that it is very very very difficult to recruit new people because it only takes one person to ruin everything and the staff members have lives too they aren't robots. you can always just report them and leave the game to start a new one and the staff will handle it later. the staff are actually trying really hard working their butts off and youre calling it disgusting... disgusting?? come on, we are living in a pandemic and the staff are actually really trying their best and are so hard working.. and some actually have school, online school which is twice as stressful, homework, a job and they do brokenlens… volunteered..I don't think you should be coming at the staff members because they work twice as hard as any body else. be greatful that people actually want to volunteer for this server otherwise this server would have twice as many hackers.

I did only 1 report. But others did it more. Btw , you are in JL. So we has spammed in the crm chat very much to call staff but no one joined in tnt tag or answered. Therefore, you either lie that you were on the server, or you came later.

No matter how hard it is, these are server problems, and players on this server should not tolerate the destruction of games by hackers

Okay how about the owner hires someone straight away because we realllly need it and then all of a sudden the server goes down because they picked someone untrusted?

And again, these are server problems. The task of the server owner is to look for suitable staff. If he cannot find such people, then this is not the reason why players should play against 6 hackers.

Since it’s not in ban appeals I feel the need to say, if vertx doesn’t be careful with who he hires all heck could break loose. I’d much rather have less staff who know what to do then more staff who have no idea what to do. Anyway, staff work so hard to get rid of these hackers and dedicate hours of their day for us (When they could be doing better things) and you’re being kind of ungrateful :notworthy:

I already wrote about this, that if I talk about every hacker in the forums, then why do /report if there is no staff

We really understand your frustration! We all wanna play our games without hackers. Our staff members doing all what they can to help the players. Sadly there are so many hackers that we need the help from the players to keep reporting them, on the forums and on the server.
