The Best Builder Voting System

We all know that TBB needs an updated voting system because of players just vote random builds half the time so I suggest this:

We add a new section of code that would be set if a player has not achieved a minimum number of blocks {10 at least} kick them out of the game with the title and subtitle:

You're Disqualified
Please try to build at least 10 blocks​

I feel like this would make a small but significant change to TBB and all those players who just AFK in the game or build inappropriate things and still get the win because players voting unfairly. This probably wouldn't change the unfair player voting but again it kicks out the AFK builders.

Is it kick from the server or kick from the game and send to the Hub?

They don't random vote .-. What they do is
- Vote bad on other builds
-Compare a build to what they make and since some builds are later on that are way better to the earlier ones, they vote the best on earlier ones when they don't deserve it
-Vote best on friends
