Different staff member have different job. Maybe Plustrap job is on the server but not the forums? I suggest u to tag other staff members when u are making a ban appeals especially trial(Sectional moderator), such as ssunsett.

Maybe alerting him in a convo or just tagging him? Geez, common sense. If you want Plush to be demoted for "not" being on in a while, he was on yesterday and two helpers haven't been on in months.
