Strange, when I was walking, then I saw this person, then I saw him with very strange movements, and how he was a fly and how he went down, was he a hacker or did he lag and get stuck? :/

I believe it's just lag or they are on an earlier version that makes some of the blocks buggy for them, thank you for the report though
