texture pack help

why do my blocks appear blurry on a certain pack, but when @Slashur tries it on, they are how they are supposed to be. the texture pack is for 1.4 and we are both 1.4. What can be causing this? HELPPPPPP
pls give me some good texture packs for 1.4 ;-; i hate default

this is an example with the ore blocks.

hmm maybe the sky texture u have on is interfering with it? (i really can't think of anything else)

Different devices?(are you using an ios device and he's using Windows 10 maybe?)

Maybe it has something to do with our devices' GPUs (graphics processing unit) and their render capabilities. Because my pc has higher memory (RAM) and better GPU than your iPad maybe; therefore, I'm allowed to render and process better. To test hoooow badly are your iPad's specs, try an 8x8 texture pack (yes it hurts ;-; ), and send us a picture of it. There we may determine our next hypothesis. :D
