Terraphobia and an Unnamed Idea

The names can change. I want to talk about two ideas I have for the server: Terraphobia and something else. The names can be changed.

Terraphobia
Basically, the floor is lava. It's pretty stupid, but I had the idea while thinking of a name for the other idea I had. Simple concept: Don't touch the floor. Or as I would like it, don't touch a specific block.

Rules
Simple. Don't touch a specific block. If you do, it turns to lava and you may die. The lava wont revert back to the original block, it will stay lava. This adds challenge.

Items
There will be items that will spawn randomly on the map. Here are my ideas:
  • Leap - You can use this four times. You can guess where I got this idea from. You use it and you're launched to wherever you're pointing.
  • Resistance - This can be used twice. You take less damage from lava. If you survive, 5 seconds after activation, you'll get a jump boost. This can be abused, but how about detect whether the player is burning?
  • Invincible - Can be used only once. Name says it all. 10 seconds of invincibility from fire sources, including lava.

I don't have a name for it. If you have an idea for a name, post it. It's also kind of stupid, but it can be fuctional.
Everyone can fly. It's PVP, but in the air. Dunno how you can make a game like that. The maps should have detail. Many islands at varying sea levels and varying sizes. Chests will be on those and useful items like bows and swords will be inside the chests.
There will be a death barrier that I will call the Atmosphere that will drop down over time. As the match progresses, you'll see the bottom of the map: an ocean with or without one big island. Touching the water will kill you, and the Atmosphere has no mercy crushing you. Last one standing wins.

The maps are gonna have to be really big to allow flying to happen.

Before you say that staff wont be able to detect hacks, this is why I like this idea. Everyone is flying, so these hacks would be useless in this game:

  • Fly
  • Jump
  • Speed
  • Waypoint
  • Teleport?
  • Some more?
I think that's the end of this. If there's anything wrong, tell me in a constructive way.
 
I love the idea of both of them. They're both really interesting. But I prefer the first one more.
I have some ideas/suggestions for it:

Maybe have rounds like in BP? And the more you progress the harder it gets, for example at first it'll use all sorts of different blocks, but then it starts using blocks that look similar, eg using logs, then it gets even tougher by using blocks that are hard to differentiate. For example, using only pink blocks (pink terracotta, pink concrete, pink wool etc.) That could make it more challenging and fun ^^

Or maybe you can limit the amount of different blocks? Like it starts out with 10 different blocks for the first 5 to 8 rounds, then it's down to 8 different blocks for the next few rounds, then 6, then 4, then 3, and finally 2, or something like that. And make it so it's like in TNTRun, where you can only stand on a certain block for like 3-5 seconds, then it disappears (or in this case, turns to lava). It limits your movement but also makes it a requirement.

I like these ideas for bumping up the difficulty. I didn't have any when I had the idea for the games.

the game ??? Is called basically skyfall in mineflex and can be found in pc servers.
the first game I like way more, but it also can be found in pc servers
