Some tips to get it
First the 0.16 is not exist yet the beta is called 0.15.90
Second google it to get the pirated version [i think the beta is now 0.15.94 so just type that in google]
Third usualy spanish youtubers have it [so make sure to check videos on youtube if you spot one in google [link is usually in their desc]
Forth if you have the original mcpe just join the beta tester group to download it from play store
