classical music, suggested composers: Handel, Liszt, Czerny, Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Schumann, Haydn, Gesualdo, Palestrina, Bartok, Benda, Barber, Paganini. Also try listening to madrigals, opera, and Gregorian chant. Personally I prefer opera when it comes to "Singing" in the European style. Also try old styles of music from Asian countries, they can be relaxing. I suggest Romantic and Baroque era music. It's also interesting to see the differences in the different styles of each composer. For example, I feel that Bach's music is like "Soft", Beethoven's music is like "Mad etc". Schubert's songs I find they are very cheerful (Lol other than his haircut that may be another reason his friends call him schwammerl or tubby), compared to schumann's that is more of a like "marching" style.
