BACKGROUND STORY
The town of Brokenlens had too many people and were constantly at war with Lifeboat. Everyone loathed them. Of course Brokenlens was winning but people the innocent Lifeboat citizens refuged in BrokenLens city. Of course Brokenlens being the nicer city they took them and accepted them as their own. Soon enough there were too many people, they couldn't kick them out, so they created a competition. TeamSkywars.

The wooden door slammed shut and I bolted out. My black jacket flowed behind me like a cape. I relished the feeling of the wind as I flew past other small wooden cottages and straight for the great hall. The wind whistled in my ears as I sprinted as fast I could. I wanted to be the best. I wanted to stay. The autumn leaves and sticks crunched beneath my feet. I heaved oxygen in and out of my lungs, I jogged to a stop as I saw the great hall that loomed above me. A dark wood box with a sand coloured roof. Stained glass panes were dotted around the dark walls of the hall and a fireplace crackled in the centre of the hall. I have to stay. I have to be the best.
A piece of paper was stuck to wall of the Great Hall. This was no ordinary piece of paper, it was the sign up sheet for TeamSkywars, my team had to win. It was the ticket for me to stay at home. Brokenlens. I fumbled for my pen in my denim shorts and wrote my name under the red team. Red was my lucky colour. My eyes skimmed the red team and I saw who were my team mates. @JcGarcia_29. Of course I was paired with the boy who is always unrealistically cheerful, great. My eyes skimmed the rest of my team. @LEOLOVESLIONS. Seriously. First too happy and now too depressed. What I am supposed to do with team mates like them? The last member of my team was @KendraHawk. At least she was okay. I had never talked to her but from what I heard she is shy but annoyed people a lot. My only hope is Kendra.
Oh my vertx... I had no chance of staying in BrokenLens.

I strolled toward the great hall, my lucky pen in the pocket of my blue track pants. My pen was so precious I had to put my name on the sign up sheet with it. This pen of mine had a small fragment of diamond on the top and a tiny piece of lapis lazuli right in the middle of the diamond. I clutched my pen. Hard. My knuckles were white and my palms were clammy when I saw the great hall. I took a deep breath and signed my name on the sheet. The fireplace warmed me up to the heart and gave me a pang of confidence.
The cold bit at my skin and goosebumps appeared and I involuntarily started to shiver. I was happy with my team. We are definitely going to win. No doubt about it. I was lucky enough to be in the blue team who happened to have some great team mates including @SpikeFeedYouTub, @Steva177 and @Cyber45. My feet crunched over the orange and brown leaves, giving me a strange aura of calmness. A twig snapped to my right and I saw @iucjeil frowing with displeasure. I smirked with pride. Looks like red team is down only purple and pink left.
We are going to win. I swear to vertx.

"Sorry," I muttered to a girl I had bumped into.
"No harm done," The girl scanned me with her eyes, a warm chocolate brown and then glanced at the sign up sheet.
"Nice to meet you, I am @Phoebe 葵 and,"
She nudged me in the side and flicked her head toward the sign up sheet.
"Looks like I will be in your team. Well nice to meet you and I am happy to have you in my team."
She smiled.
"W-well, my name is @SaraLanceCanary," I stuttered awkwardly.
Phoebe smiled at me warmly.
"I am glad to be in your team. Have a good day."
"You too Sara. Take care." She ambled away and left me in a state of hope.
I had a chance. A chance to stay home.

My arm was shook with effort. I released the string and the arrow flew. Flew straight into a bullseye. I closed my eyes and basked in the relief that came over me. I could shoot. I could win. I would win. I sauntered out of the abandoned metal warehouse and saw a boy who pelted toward me. As he came closer I recognized my friend's face.
" 'Sup @WildFurball2003," I grinned at my best friend.
"Strelitzia!" He exclaimed
I gave him a high five, followed by our secret handshake.
"So, I have news for you Wild," I glanced to him unable to keep my happiness hidden.
"What?!" He inquired, his eyebrows rised with his tone.
"TeamSky-" He cut me off.
"WE ARE ON THE SAME TEAM!!!" He bellowed with joy.
I nodded my head and we embraced each other quickly.
"Let's win this. Together." He promised.
TADA! WHAT DID YOU THINK? @KendraHawk I spent like 30 minutes figuring out whether my tense was messy
if it is next chapter I will spend an hour instead The next chapter will be out soon! And do not worry next chapter will have 4 boys POV instead of girls.
