While waiting for other players to join the match, can you guys like add a dye or sometin that can make us change kits? I think this would be useful because sometimes we players wanna change our kit because of a map type??? I guess? Or maybe when you see a player you encountered before you fought them with a different kit? Or maybe you and your team can change their kit to creeper and have fun exploding players. I just wanna change kit without going back to the lobby because I might not be able to join again because it started or someone might take my place.

Thats a pretty good idea i would say because sometimes i use the wrong kit and i have to hurry and find it before the match starts

Yeah it would also teach new players about kits. Some players literally don't know about kits and when I was talking with someone about it another person said that kits don't even exist. It took me a month until I even knew kits exist. (I wasn't on forums for my first month in the server)
