Not sure if this will do, since it's word of mouth, but when I was nearby the sheriff(Soaring) they were randomly firing shots at the wall(It was in Train Yard) but the murd(nvrenough) turned left around a train in front of the big building. Sheriff was essentially spam firing at nothing. They also seem to be friends already. While I don't know if they were teaming 100% I think it's at least worth monitoring them. I would've tried to record, but Xbox Game bar wasn't working.
