Teaming in Solo Skywars?

Is teaming allowed in solo skywars? I don't think so. otaviobock and ChaoticBeatle50 were teaming in skywars even though they were told by many people that if you teamed you would get banned, yet they still continued to team. Happened today at around 2:00.
