It's recommended that you always take 2+ screenshots to see how long they haven't attacked each other

You don't have enough evidence. The players won't get banned as it could be that they were going to have a battle few seconds after you took the screenshot.

I recommend you to take a video or minimum 2 screenshots. Thank you for the report ^-^
