Targetting in OITC

He kept on obviously targetting me, killing me 3 times right away and I was only able to kill him once. (The image showing the last time he killed me is showing twice so there are actually only 2 pics. And I also heard he was supposed to be banned so he might be bypassing too idk)

Yea, he was bypassing his ban few days ago but it seems he is using different IP to join the server again. I've banned him now.
