It’s fine if he doesn’t get banned, but my friend got banned today for Targetting (on tsw) so it would be fair if he got banned too.

Wdym it’s only bannable in OITC, if my friend got banned for “targetting” on TSW, if she can get banned for targeting, so should LightRain .
