In the pictures he killed you 3 times. I'm notrealky sure that is targeting. OITC is free-for-all game and he could have seen you and you were close by him and he killed you. In QC I have killed people 4 times but that didn't count as targetting as i was killing more poeple too. Are you sure he was killing you and only you?

It would of been better if you showed us the whole chat from that game to see how many times he killed u and how frequently he killed u
