I dont think it is either, it's not definitive. And considering how far apart some of them where its possible the person in question killed other players.

Okay, here’s my thoughts.

By looking at the chat, there’s at least seven people that were in the game. Duo was killed four times at least by the player (I didn’t see Duo’s fifth death?), and I didn’t see the player kill anyone else by reading the chat- of course, they still could have since most kills don’t say anything in the chat.

Target is so annoying to deal with, not because of the players or anyone involved, simply because it’s just hard to tell. If he was being purposely target, the player targeting him would probably have to get to him in a decent time frame to kill Duo without anyone else killing Duo. (Again, since he was only killed four times and not five I’m not sure.) But then again, if he was simply staying on the outskirts of the map, it may of just been a coincidence that the player targeting him kept finding and killing them.

I’m leaning towards no on this one though.

I am sorry, but this is not enough evidence

-We don’t have screenshots of the kills board to check if the kills in the chat are balanced to the kills on the kills board
- there is no time parameter that proves us that the last kill was close enough to the other three
