In order for it to be considered targetting, you need to be killed 5 times by that same person and the evidence only shows 4 kills. At the top of the screenshot, dearly has a streak of 3 kills meaning she killed someone else before killing you twice. Anyway, I'm sorry but this isn't enough proof.
