4 times. Why? I was doing a rampage and mostly killed everyone with 3 kills each and he can't accept the fact that I'm not accepting him to be an exception not to join the game therefore I don't give a damn about it and just kill. There we go, good luck with this weak report. Thank you

I think 5 kills would be count as tragetting.

No it is targeting if they kill u 3-4 times I think its 4

I mean if they kill somebody many times, like next match they killed him her 4-5 or many times another match and he she keeps doing it counts as targeting (I suck at explaining anyways.)

It was only for one match though and I wasn't initially go for him as I explained that I killed everyone in the game and I got 14 kills.
Repeated again and again.
