I'm sorry mate but there is no rule against targeting. You could just tell her nicely to solve the issue.

I do remember the admins saying no to AUHAD PLAYZ when he asked the admins to stop a player from targeting him. Does this apply to all minigames? [except MM]

Im not sure of the specifics but i know in most gsmes targeting is not allowed, but sure about OITC so you may well be correct
