Minecraft Tapping stone walls cause them to disappear...

I was running around the hub and I accidentally tapped a stone wall and it disappeared so I started tapping all of them and they disappeared. I could even walk through the places they were placed. I think it’s only temporary though cause they come. back if I relog.
