That isn't a bug, It's where the world doesn't load, It's something Mojang needs to fix, it happens on other servers too.But thanks for reporting, anyway!

It happened to me before many times on leet servers, and once on a PvP server.I think on LifeBoat once, aswell.But it could just be either my WiFi or device.
