Tagging staff, it's a quick, simple way to get staff to see what they need to see, it's great. But there are situations where you should and shouldn't tag staff, because it may waste their time when they could be doing something else, this is explaining when and how to tag our amazing staff.
How do I tag staff?
It's easy, just put the @ symbol than a staff's name. (I'll put names of the staff here)

Tagging vertx (The owner)
Most of the time, you shouldn't tag vertx as he is the last resort for something that all staff has tried and failed to help, and in that case, it should be the staff who tag him, not you.
Staff may tag him in threads in suggestions and ideas if they think it should be added.
The reason you shouldn't really tag Vertx is that he is very busy with coding the server, and the more we bother him the slower he can update the server, or deal with other things.
One of the only times you should tag vertx is in bug reports.

When to tag staff
It's relatively simple if there is something that needs to be resolved (eg. a ban appeal) by a staff member or a question that only staff can answer.
When NOT to tag staff
Well, this is a little more complex, but not too hard.
For one, (and one of the most important) don't tag staff when they have already been tagged, staff will see it eventually, don't annoy them.
On little things like making a story and tagging staff, it's not needed.
Don't tag Aypi, DarkTdmPlays or _Pineappledeath_ for player reports as they are HELPERS and cannot help with much as they can only ban for seven days at maximum.
When an issue has already been resolved, please don't tag staff... lets say someone makes a report about someone bullying them, but the bully says sorry and they become friends and don't want any action to be taken, unless they ask for the thread to be locked and don't tag staff themselves don't tag staff for it.
