Tag YouTube

I'm having trouble collecting my YouTube tag it says this error message saying anyone who has 3 or more warning points can't collect but first I've never played on that account before, I even have YouTube tag on my Minecraft Bedrock account.

How do I collect or fix this?

Can you show me proof of your YouTube channel ? You need 1,000 subs and BrokenLens content
