No it is not allowed...
But many people swear!
If you have screenshots of people
swearing, then go to Forums ~> Player Reports ~> Post Thread
Then, upload your screenshot and write his IGN (in-game-name)
If he said a veery bad word, he will get more days than a simple bad word.

Swearing Is Bannable.

Not if abbreviated

For example:
Fk, Fu, Omfg etc.
