Swamped threads

Recently on the forums i have come across a problem, people always repeat given information on a thread, for example..
There is a thread where someone got kicked, and like five people just said ‘It’s lag’ i like to call these ‘Swamped threads’.
I believe it should be added as a rule to check if the information you have on a topic (Excluding off-topic) has already been given, because several answers worded differently can confuse alot of people, it obviously shouldn’t be bannable, maybe just a warning point.

You are right - maybe even a warning point is a bit too much, but it should definitely be a rule.

True. Maybe the user will get warned at first and if they continue, then staff can give them a warning point?

There is the same thing on Ban Appeal but nobody respect it .-.
