So this happened about two hours ago but I couldn't create the thread due to IRL reasons. This player may already be banned. Not sure if this is enough proof as I didn't get the best screenshots, but we'll see,
These two screenshots show him placing blocks on he roof and then jumping to my island which is a very far jump and couldn't be possible without using hacks. He also landed on the roof while he's at it.
So these next pictures show a little more proof but may not be enough.
And if that isn't enough proof, well here's a funny conversation. I find it really funny when once he got at the other island, me and dancemonkey both went to the middle island to watch the hacker and dancemonkey 1v1. Eventually, dancemonkey killed him and then when he was distracted, I went and killed him.
