He has a Diamond armour and he is using a bow (I saw him putting on Diamond armour without opening a chest) Then a Couple Seconds Later he Ender Pearls to this person then he eats a Enchanted Golden apple the get hits off the edge.

I'm sorry but I do not see enough proof in these pictures. It is possible to get full diamond armor and a bow if you have the archer kit.
