This compelling proof but fly hacking should be reported via command /report since lag can make someone seem like they are hacking. However, I'm pretty sure this guy is actually hacking.

Just saying the RULES, and I did say it was obvious he was hacking but it is appropriate to follow conduct. And if you have other pictures of him hacking (that isn't fly hacks) then go ahead and send those also.

he wasn't enchanting his armor which is the only other kind of hacking i can think of....

Hackers that spawn in blocks that aren't available, hackers that spawn in many hard to get items or items that only come in a few. (golden apples, ended pearls).

you can't get them banned for having lots of items now because other players drop them and most blocks are available now besides bedrock....

I've gotten someone banned for having multiple items, and last time I played you couldn't get a lot of blocks.

Okay, sir. Once again...as I've been saying MULTIPLE TIMES. The people who actually ban people and have to deal with hack reports have said to use /report for fly hackers. Stop trying to fight me. I have the rules on my side. And since you OBVIOUSLY didn't know them then I clearly did have to tell you :)
