Suspiciousness of hacking

Just now I was playing one in the chamber where I came across a player. This player could hit people multiple times while I hit once every second. When in combat with him/her I would get hit like 3 to 4 times. Is this hacking or just the mechanic of Minecraft?
 
They may be using Windows 10.What's their IGN (In game name)?I'll look out for them.

Well my Friend, ReyVerseGaming, usually plays on windows 10 but he never did that. I even asked if windows 10 players can do that but he said no. I saw him fight and I can see that he doesn't hit multiple times, even with other players.

He is probably win 10 but as you said that's not normal on how he hits

I was surprise he could get 7 streak kills even before 1 minute

I'm assuming that you're experiencing network lag, this is probably due to low connection. I've prepared multiple recordings of my gameplay and I'm open to sharing these with you. During the game I spam the mouse button, this can attack multiple times per second.

I may be misunderstanding what you're trying to get across, so please do correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll be glad to answer to these accusations.

Well ok then. I'm not trying to attack you or anything I just felt a little suspicious that's all.
