Survival world deleted help?

So earlier i was playing on my survival world and my computer froze and i had to restart it and when i got back on my survival world i had worked on for a hundred hours was completely gone does anyone know if i can do anything to get it back?

If u have backed up ur tablet recently u may recover the world
