Currently BrokenLens only have 1 option for support, The forums. But what if BrokenLens had an alternative option that could allow users to create a ticket about their query without having to be signed into the forums?

I feel that something like this is required because of the amount of players who try to help but at the same time spam the same thing on the same thread gets... spammy. The system we use at the airport is provided by http://zendesk.com although this is the software i am most used to i believe that BrokenLens could use this system to also collect data.

The layout would be setup like:

{TITLE NAME}
{EMAIL / BrokenLens Username}
{MESSAGE}

Once the message is created the user will receive a ticket number. Once the message / query has been responded to a private message will show in the users notifications on the server saying as an example: Ticket #001: Staff Reply Here

The data that we can receive would be able to help us on where we need to improve.

It would be via another support portal
eg support.brlns.net
There is already Contact Us and you do not need to be registered on forums :/

I love this idea, if this was incorporated, I wouldn't see 7 people giving the same answer In a different way.

That only goes to the original email used to create the forums which vertx only has access to. This system i had in mind would allow all staff members mainly helpers to answer player queries.
