Hi,

I was using my dad's credit card to buy EMERALD rank, but this what pops on my screen..

The application is right, the credit card is right. I didn't miss any of the asked questions. I answered it correctly but still this was keep saying..

My dad cards accept online payments, he already buy a stove on Lazada..

The same happened with me. Try to put the Credit card info again

Maybe your dad's two credit cards have the same problem or have insufficient funds. If it is not so, please be patient during this process.

I already ask my dad about that, Maybe the problem is his card doesn't have enough funds. He said it has Php. 123,000

I read and saw php in the thing
Paypal does not work in the Philippines, people like Fheonix have also encountered this problem. Idk how to help you, sorry ; [

I am not using PayPal, i was using Visa credit card ._.

If this terrible problem continues and you made sure that your paypal information was correct, I highly recommend reporting it to PayPal, since they can solve the problem for you.
