So usually if you're a staff member on a PC server (not sure if any PE servers have this) you'll have a command that is called /vanish.
So let me explain what this command does. It's simple.
When a staff member does /vanish they will become invisible. Their ign won't be shown when a player checks the name section (don't know what it's called). Their identity will be completely hidden from all players. Staff will be able to join a game without being noticed. But there is a problem. When a staff member join a game, on the bottom of your screen it might say. "(Staff member name) joined the game". But it might not be a problem.
This next command for staff might not be the best but it's a suggestion.
The command is /freeze.
This command allows a staff member to freeze a player, for example:
/freeze Sourciety
This will stop me from moving completely. I won't be able to move or chat. But you'll be able to pvt.
But I don't think this command is necessary.
This is the last suggestion, but I'm not sure if this already exists on Brokenlens. So I'll explain.
Sometimes staff members don't want to show others that they're online, so they'll use the /vanish command. Though when they have to ban someone, it will come up in public chat. So here's the example:
/ban Sourciety (reason) -s
The -s at the end makes the ban silent, only other staff members online in that mini game will see it. Otherwise it won't come up in public chat.
So that's basically all but they probably won't get added in.
