Suggestion about Spam

Hello everyone it look like there a lot of spammer using emoji too.

Ok this is my suggestion how about when the people spam in the chat for 3 times it will be mute for at least 2 minute 12 seconds.If they spam 10 or 5 times it will be muted for 5 minutes.If they use emoji and spam like 1-10 times mute for 3 minutes.

That all i guess.
