{Submission Only} on all Important Threads

I feel like all the threads in the Important section should be set to Submission only. There are too many members of the forums who are trying to get involved and handle the reports and appeals themselves. I feel like this needs to be done because people are tagging staff in the same appeal multiple times,
People are constantly trying to respond to a players appeal when they don't have the tools actual staff members have.

I know this would effect the amount of users trying to help out but there is such a thing as Over helping. We staff have all the tools we need when it comes to ban appeals and as soon as an appeal is made it gets flooded by users trying to start doing an moderators job which is to deal with the appeal.
 
Nice idea! This is only for staff members can view these threads of sections are Ban Appeals, Hack Reports and maybe others sections to get their alerts. But I feel that I don't like that people are trying to spam more messages.

So... How would it work? Nobody except staff can reply to a thread in, for example, Ban Appeals or Player Reports?

This would work:

When the user makes the report they can view and reply to the report but any other users of the forums that are not members of the staff team will not be able to access this section of the forums unless they have an appeal or player report. Staff members will only be able to answer and reply except for the thread creator.

There is a system for viewing threads that helps prevent threads only for staff members. Therefore, users no longer have access to view threads in the section if it has been added by his idea. This can happen to staff members when they come in private threads in the "Player Reports" and the "Ban Appeals" and can write private threads like a conversation and then lock them. (Probably, I have no idea.)

I dont think all threads in that section should get set to submission only.An example is the FAQ section because many people and not only staff members may know answers to the questions in that section.I wouldnt agree with every other section too because I think its way more faster if staff members and normal members work together(like tagging staffs or tell people to follow the correct ban appeal format).But if people spam and asking the same questions as staff members you could just tell them to stop or give them a warning point.

I know i said "All Threads" but what I mean are threads like player reports and ban appeals. Also the reason I bumped this post is because of vertx is always getting spammed with messages . He said it himself to members of the staff team if we think any threads are important or need to be looked at or conversations to bump them.

But what if no one tags the staff doesn't respond? Sometimes i have to tag staff so they can reply to threads. And i said SOMETIMES. (No offense)

So you receive an alert everytime when someone posts a ban appeal or a report?
Because if its like this then I think youre right with setting reports and ban appeals on submission only because tagging is not needed if the staff get like automatic alerts (although you would make some people unemployed with this xD)

This would be like other forums of minecraft servers. When you go to a forums you only see the GUIDES or threads posted by STAFF members. Then you click the post thread button and make it, but only staff members will see it.

Well I try to monitor the server from 11PM - 5AM that's 6 hours a day in the evening / morning and I am on from 11Am till 11PM so that's an additional 10 hours. I monitor the forums at least 15 hours a day.
