Hello I'm here to talk about the threat locks that I find extremely abusive these days. Like , oh this threat is "old" so let's lock it ! Tf , it's only 2 weeks old.... This threat locking stuff is okay if it's about stuff like ban appeals or hack reports , but if peoples want to say something , then let them ! Don't lock the threat because someone just randomly say that !

I would say that a thread lock should occur in three cases:

1- it became a spam thread

2- the thread OP (who started the thread) asked for it.

3- Or when the thread is old, but the thread's discussion is about something that is outdated, like an update-notes thread,.

other than that, it should be left open, off-topic threads for example don't have the needed to be locked.
