I actually know all the rules but what is (chargeback)?
I rlly dont understand this rule, can anyone answer plz? :p
Cuz i'm scared if I break that rule without warnings
 
Basically, if someone buys something then takes back their money yet still has the rank or whatever they’ve bought.
It’s pretty much stealing. (*ﾉ▽ﾉ)
