Strange Perm Bans!

So recently (a day ago), I decided to play some Brokenlens. When I try and log in into the Lobby, my screen says, "You have been permanently banned from our services." So I seen this kind of post from @FLYguyV , too. Is this a gltich or a bug? We both said that we don't know who banned us. This might not be the right section to put this thread. Please Help Staff!

the actual appeal was on another post in Ban appeals already been resolved. This is to talk about it being an possible bug or the Anti cheat is malfunctioning

Maybe it wasn't a bug cause as long as i can remember the only bug on the anti hack was auto ban

@Laura_Aria Plushy did unban me. I didn't get banned again, it's just that it's happening to some people as well.
