Strange Messages while kicked from Skywars Match

So, while I was playing during a Skywars match, I noticed that many people got kicked including me for I believe this types of messages. Random occurrence or what?

The first one is probably Kicked for flying. You weren't flying though.

Then an actual bug in minecraft... Apparently he is using windows, so it is a forgin territory. The problem solution is in Mojang's hand.
