Hello!

So I was wondering on writing a story for January cause I already have 3 story for December

So dose anyone have any ideas on writing for a story?

I'll give you a story title and ending and I'll let you work from there.


The mango tree.

The night sky rendered her speechless. It captured the essence of darkness, the beauty within. slowly, she approached the silhouette in the distance.

It was a tree. She knew this tree. It was the tree. The cursed one. Whoever dared even touch it would have eternal unluck. Tonight, she was not only going to touch it, no. She was going to steal its fruit and cut it down. Destroy it. So nobody could ever experience what her brother had gone through.

I guess it also depends on which genre you main.

Maybe try a one-shot or short story about something?

You could do:
  • An assassin having a little girl / boy approach them handing the assassin their pocket money (five dollars or so, not sure) asking them to kill their abusive relative
  • Protagonist getting a deep cut and going to inspect it before seeing wires instead of muscle or bone
  • Protagonist's vision dying before seeing up to several (or more) people looking at them before asking "are you the narrator"

Again, decides on what type of genre you'd prefer to write the story in.
