Hello, I was told by @_PineappleDeath_ My bam would be changed to 30 days, but i’m still perm banned? Unless i have to wait longer? I’m just really confused

She might forgot to changed it or she forgot to request the ban time to be changed to 30 days.

Ughhh! I’m so sorry, helpers can’t ban over 7 days so I have to wait until another staff changes all my ban periods.

I asked twice and nobody did it - I’m sorry, it’s been changed to 20 days now since you’ve waited long enough.
